This policy explains what information Cuby Holdings LLC collects through cubyholdings.com and the VESSELBORN sites (vesselborn.com, codex.vesselborn.com, chronicle.vesselborn.com, and shop.vesselborn.com), and how it is used.
Browsing
Our sites do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics. Like most websites, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks. Our sites are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes traffic on our behalf, and our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a person and not an automated program.
Purchases and Downloads
Payments in the VESSELBORN shop are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. To deliver your purchase, Stripe shares your name and email address with us. We use them to send your download links, and we keep a record of each delivery (email address, time, IP address, and browser) to resend links, prevent fraud, and resolve support requests. Free downloads do not require any personal information.
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, except with the service providers named above as needed to run the sites and process payments, or where the law requires it.
