Purpose Statement

Cuby Holdings LLC is organized for the purpose of creating, acquiring, owning, managing, licensing, protecting, and commercializing intellectual property and media assets. The Company engages in the production, distribution, and exploitation of creative works across all media and entertainment formats, including print, digital, audio, visual, and interactive platforms. The Company may further acquire, hold, develop, and manage physical, technological, and infrastructural assets necessary to support such ventures, and may conduct any other lawful business activities in furtherance of these objectives.

Mission Statement

The Company develops original media built on morally complex worlds, flawed individuals, and systems that resist simple judgment. Its works follow people who choose difficult paths without guarantees, where progress and cost arrive together and neither cancels the other out. What its characters earn is never given, and what they become is never separated from what it took to get there. The Company maintains full creative ownership across all production, distribution, and infrastructure, treating the standard applied to the work as inseparable from the work itself.
